We are prepared for shortage requests requiring shipments within 3-5 business days.
We have the capability to handle AOG shortage requests in 24 to 48 hours.
The customer has easy access to any and all of the executives at SHIM-IT Corp. This availability allows the buyer to notify us as soon as a shortage is at hand. We can then expedite an order to meet the buyers needs.
Our quality system, which requires inspection at each operation, ensures the parts will remain on track, to print, and will be completed per all applicable specifications. This allows any problems to be detected early, not after the parts are complete, and a solution to be put into place to finish the parts on time.
